LeadMe Academy’s Experts Hub exists to connect professionals through ideas, expertise, and experiences that help us learn and grow together. To keep this a safe, respectful and inspiring space, we’ve established the following rules.

These guidelines ensure that everyone – no matter their profession, background, or stage of their journey – can share and engage without fear of harassment or harm.

What We Don’t Allow

Bullying, Harassment & Public Shaming

• No personal attacks, insults or mocking of others.
• No targeted campaigns of harassment against individuals or groups.
• No public shaming, including revealing private details, screenshots or communications without consent.

Hate, Intolerance or Harm

• No content that promotes or justifies hatred, discrimination or exclusion based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, identity, disability or any personal characteristic.
• No glorification or trivialisation of violence, suffering or abuse.
• No slurs, degrading language or harmful stereotypes.

Religion & Politics

• To maintain neutrality and inclusivity, we do not allow content that promotes or attacks religious beliefs, practices or figures.
• We do not allow blasphemy or religious disrespect of any kind.
• We do not allow political propaganda, campaigning or content intended to inflame political divisions.

Privacy & Safety

• No posting private information (such as addresses, phone numbers or personal data).
• No sharing private conversations or images without consent.
• No doxing or threats.

Restricted Content

• No promotion of gambling, betting, hacking or illegal activity.
• No promotion of pseudoscience, misinformation or harmful practices.
• No explicit or pornographic content.
• No exploitation of minors, or content that sexualises or endangers children in any way.

Professional Integrity

• No plagiarism or copyright violations. Share only what you have the rights to publish.
• No spam, fake engagement, or content designed solely to drive traffic elsewhere.
• No deceptive conduct, impersonation or misleading claims.

If You See a Violation

• Use the report feature to flag inappropriate content.
• You may also block or mute users you don’t wish to interact with.

Consequences

Violations of these rules may result in removal of content, account restrictions or suspension. LeadMe Academy’s Experts Hub reserves the right to take action when content or behaviour threatens the integrity of the community.
